• 1. Eligibility:

  This giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.

• 2. Sponsor:

  The giveaway is sponsored by BAXUS ("Sponsor"). The giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any third parties, including but not limited to Blanton's or its affiliates.

• 3. Giveaway Period:

  The giveaway begins on September 7, 2024 and ends on September 15, 2024. Entries submitted before or after the giveaway period will not be valid.

• 4. How to Enter:

  To enter, participants must complete and submit the entry form available at news.baxus.co/KBF-Giveaway during the giveaway period. Limit one entry per person. Additional entries or use of fraudulent methods to enter will result in disqualification.

• 5. Prize:

  One (1) winner will receive a bottle of Blanton’s Gold (Approximate Value: $500). The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the prize becomes unavailable.

• 6. Winner Selection and Notification:

  The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted within 1 day after the giveaway period ends. The winner will be notified via email within 1 day following the drawing. The winner must respond within 30 days to claim the prize. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or does not claim the prize within the specified time, an alternate winner may be selected.

• 7. Conditions and Restrictions:

  The winner must comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations regarding alcohol. The prize must be claimed in accordance with applicable state laws, and the winner may be required to provide proof of age and identity before the prize is awarded. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

• 8. Limitation of Liability:

  By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless BAXUS, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from or in connection with the giveaway or receipt or use of any prize.

• 9. Privacy:

  Any personal information collected during this giveaway will be used only in a manner consistent with the Sponsor's privacy policy, available at https://baxus.co/privacy.
